Shelby County ENVIRONMENTAL COURT
. You may also report any other alleged code violations or nuisances that you feel we need to investigate for the betterment of our community.
We can not accept anonymous reports. It is our policy to keep the requestor's name confidential. However, if a court action ensues, the requestor's name may be provided to the defendant by our legal counsel.
Complete and accurate information is neccessary. An accurate address and description of the alleged violation is mandatory for processing. Inaccurate or incomplete information will delay or prevent processing.
